Is the packaging suitable for long ocean transit, and does it protect against moisture and contamination?
Our standard packaging uses an inner moisture-proof aluminum foil bag plus a reinforced outer fiber drum. Desiccant is placed inside the container with additional moisture-proofing, and packaging can be upgraded for high-humidity destination ports. Loading photos/videos are provided for confirmation before shipment.
Can you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)?
Every shipment comes standard with a COA and MSDS. Formats can be customized to match your country's regulations, and electronic copies are provided proactively before shipment for pre-review.
Is the color consistent from batch to batch?
We maintain a strict retained-sample comparison system throughout production. Each batch is checked against the standard sample before shipment, with ΔE controlled within your accepted range, and historical batch color-difference records are available for traceability.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and price tier structure?
We provide a clear tiered price list. MOQ is flexible depending on the product, with standard grades supporting small trial orders for new customers. Returning customers or larger orders can enjoy better pricing and payment terms.
What is the delivery lead time, and how reliable is your production capacity?
We maintain safety stock for popular standard grades, enabling shipment within 7 days for in-stock items. For custom or large orders, lead time is communicated upfront and confirmed in the contract, with split shipments available when needed.
Can you customize the pigment for my specific application (e.g., migration resistance, a specific shade)?
We have in-house lab color-matching and sample-development capability, and can recommend or develop application-specific grades (e.g., migration-resistant grades for soft PVC, textiles, cosmetics), supported by a full workflow from sample development to confirmation to trial batch production.
